Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging along with a copy of your invoice to ensure the products remain protected during transit.
Ship to ForeverLux
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping the tracking number for your records.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
